ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, and materials to dental labs. Their Canadian headquarters is in beautiful Kelowna, BC, a national playground where you can ski, golf and sail on the same day.

Argen is seeking another Technical Support Specialist to join their Kelowna office. This position is all about helping customers so please stop reading if you do not like people or cannot work with interruptions. Ability to provide quality desktop remote support is crucial.

Although every day is different, typical responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, logging them and provide technical support to resolve their questions (80%),
  • Installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, testing, and debugging software and hardware and collaborating with vendors on bug fixes (20%).

Argen is looking for someone who is self-motivated and works well in a collaborative team. Technical savvy is mandatory and finding someone who is capable of learning our technology is critical. Prior experience in customer service and/or IT support is valuable but not necessary for someone with the right combination of technical aptitude, initiative, interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

  • Looking for a candidate whose responsibility will be split between IT for Argen Canada as well as a valuable member of the Equipment Team
