LoveHR is pleased to assist Argen Canada with hiring a Sales Representative for Eastern Canada.

Argen Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, and materials to dental labs and denture clinics.

Argen is seeking a driven, ambitious sales-oriented individual to grow sales for their Removables product lines and expand digital denturism in the territory.

The new hire will:

• Manage the territory from their home office with the autonomy to manage time, calls and meetings in a fashion which drives the removables business forward.
• Have the ability to adapt to any situation to build client relationships.
• Maintain effective two-way communication between the sales team and operations.
• Analyze the territory/market potential to determine the value of existing and prospective value.

Seeking in a Candidate

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced hunter who loves winning new customers by helping improve their businesses,
• Enjoy building client relationships through following up and following through,
• Have a proven track record of success due to outstanding interpersonal skills and character,
• Speak and write French and English fluently,
• Be exceptionally competent with technology and computers (CAD/CAM experience is a plus),
• Have the passion to learn and grow,
• Be willing and able to travel through the territory,
• Be a strong planner and organizer,
• Be flexible and adaptable.

Although appreciated, prior dental experience is not required for a candidate with the right blend of passion, drive, integrity and work ethic.
