Requirements

To excel in this role, the Recruitment/HR Advisor should possess the following:

  • A diploma or degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in an office environment
  • Previous experience in recruiting and HR
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (experience using HRIS is an asset)
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • A sense of accountability and ability to work independently but also an eagerness to be part of a collaborative team
