Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic is a full-service, ‘non-surgical’ medical cosmetic center committed to unsurpassed dermatology-related patient care, leading-edge cosmetic treatments, and discreet, professional care delivered in a premier spa-like environment.
We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to support the team and provide top quality patient care for which this clinic is known. This is a full-time position (about 40 hours per week) located in Kelowna. No weekend work required.
The MOA is the key to first impressions at Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic. Typical duties include greeting patients, answering phones, responding to email inquiries, scheduling patient appointments, handling initial inquiries about clinic products and treatments, electronic filing, assisting with accounting functions (billing/deposits), and scheduling with multiple providers.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with amazing interpersonal skills and superstar abilities to thrive in a busy clinic. The candidate understands our top priorities are stellar customer service and positive patient outcomes. Outstanding communication skills (via phone, written, and in person) are a must as are critical thinking skills. Multi-tasking at its finest!
