Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

Job description

We at LoveHR are seeking a positive, proactive, bright, multi-talented person to be the hub and gatekeeper of our busy team’s projects and communications, paving the way for consultants to do their best work. Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and responding or redirecting incoming emails, calls, and messages, etc.,
  • Creating and editing professional documents and communications in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Managing expenses,
  • Maintaining files, records and procedures,
  • Managing project and client databases, and social media accounts,
  • Overseeing the busy office, supplies, equipment and technology (hardware, software, phones, licenses, etc.), and
  • Managing calendar bookings and organizing and preparing for appointments.

This job is full time and primarily in office although flexibility is part of how we operate.
