LoveHR is pleased to be assisting Peacock Sheridan Group find a Client Services Associate who can provide outstanding organizational and administrative support to the Financial Advisory Team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, down to earth, and have a passion for helping others.
If selected, your responsibilities would include providing extraordinary client experiences, supporting the Advisors by preparing for meetings, processing plans and thoroughly and consistently following up. Your detailed notes and reminders ensure that nothing is ever overlooked.
Ideally, the Client Services Associate will have a Financial background and interest which could translate to a Financial Management Diploma, BCom, BBA, or Canadian Securities License, etc. Experience in this industry would be beneficial as knowledge and understanding of financial planning, mutual funds, securities, and/or life and disability insurance can be challenging for first-timers. Having strong computer skills, an aptitude for numbers, an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and succeed in a fast-paced environment as well as impeccable communication skills makes you the right fit.
