BC Sales Representative (Temporary)

ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs.

Argen is seeking a Sales Representative in the Lower Mainland to drive revenue growth and sales profitability for this 14-month term.

Ideally beginning in November or December, our BC Sales Representative is responsible for managing the BC Territory, with a focus on the greater Vancouver Areas. Responsibilities include calling on accounts, educating on and pitching Argen products and services, prospecting, following up, and securing contracts.

Requirements

Clients in this territory expect someone smart and personable, comfortable communicating in person, online and on the phone, a multitasker who can think on their feet as well as adapt to diverse people and situations.

Argen is looking for someone who loves to sell, who has a proven track record of territory management, and who builds and maintains relationships with sincerity and the desire to help.

The right candidate for this role will also possess strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills and have the interpersonal and technical skills to deliver results. Previous experience in dental industry or knowledge of CAD/CAM is a strong asset.

Total compensation for this role consists of base salary and commission, traditionally reaching $100+k/year, with base salary starting at around $40k/year.
